Tackry is a local-first Android app. Everything you keep in it stays on your device: there are no accounts and no cloud storage, and we never receive your notes, notifications, links or anything else you keep. The one thing Tackry asks our server for is a promotional card for our other apps, described below. We do not sell or share personal data.
None of this leaves your device unless you export a backup file yourself, and you choose where that file goes.
Tackry makes two kinds of request, and neither carries anything you keep.
None of these requests includes an account, a device or advertising ID, or anything you have saved. Our server keeps only daily totals per card and app, such as how many times a card was shown or tapped, with no record of who it was shown to. Like any web request, requests to our server pass through our hosting provider, Google Cloud, whose standard request logs include the IP address they came from. We do not use it to identify or locate you, and those logs are kept only for a limited period for security and operations.
Tackry contains no analytics, crash-reporting or third-party advertising SDKs, and never reads your advertising ID. Its only advertising is the card in Settings promoting our own apps. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the release that changes it.
If Android device backup is turned on, Android may include Tackry's data in your Google account backup. That is controlled by your device settings and Google's own policies.
Use the reset actions in Settings, clear the app's storage, or uninstall Tackry. Because we hold no copy of anything you keep and no record tied to you, there is nothing further to delete on our side.
Tackry is not directed at children under 13.
